Mangrove forest at Pranburi

When we think about the places for relaxation in the summer, almost of us thinking about the sea. Yesss, that is a good idea, but today we’re not going to present you some great views of the seas in Thailand. However, we’d like to show you the ecology around the seaboard. Let’s go to the “Mangrove forest at Pranburi arboretum”, Prajuabkirikhan …

“Pranburi arboretum” covering around 1,984 Rais (1 rai = 0.3954 acres), located in “KlongKao-Klongkob Nation Park” which is the Forest Development Project under the patronage of queen Sirikit. The arboretum is in Pranburi district of Prachuap Khiri Khan province. Name as arboretum by Royal Forest Department on 30 September 1982

In the park, you can relax under pine trees, play on the beach or take a promenade through the mangrouve forest. In this zone, you can walk on the comfortable wood bridge and let’s fun !

How to get there..

On the Petchakasem Road around 16 Kilometers from Huahin at the 246th Kilometers Point at Baan Nong-Hoi, Wang-Pong, you can see a guidepost at your left that point to the “Pranburi arboretum” around 4 Kilometers
At the Chaam-Pranburi intersection on the Petchakasem Road before arriving the city center of Pranburi, let’s turn left to go to Hua-Hin around 8 Kilometers. Then, at the 246th Kilometers Point, you can see the crossroad, let’s turn right and you can see a guidepost that point to the “Pranburi arboretum” around 4
